Word Incarnate @ The Trinity Arts Centre
Visit the Trinity Arts Centre for an exciting exhibition of work by Karen Gardner and Jess Levine.
The exhibition will include works in mixed media – paint, collage and bricolage, 2d and 3d, referencing text, either explicit or implicit. One ground breaking piece by Karen Gardner will employ the application of voice recognition text projection using the captured word of audience as subject.
The exhibition runs from May 24 – June 1 2011. Please contact the booking office at Trinity for opening times. There is a private view on May 25 from 5.30-7.30pm. A free collage and bricolage workshop will take place on May 31 from 2 to 4pm, inviting visitors to experiment with both mediums. All Things Theatrical @ The Singing Soul Gallery
The Singing Soul Gallery presents it’s “All Things Theatrical” exhibition. The Singing Soul is a Marie Prett’s fantastic new gallery which recently opened in Cranbrook, Kent.
The exhibition features Richard Wallace, Rita Kearton, Sarah Young and Marie Prett.
It runs from the 25th February until the 31st March and is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5pm. Get on down to view some fresh new artists in a great new gallery.
Sculpture Show @ Art Loco
Catch the Sculpture Show at Art Loco, running from the 24th February until the 19th March. Showcasing some of the South Easts most talented sculptors including Gavin Roweth, Diane Coates, Cameron Foye, Lorraine Grandi, James McIlvenny, Joanne Weaver and Sue Evasdaughter.
The exhibition is open on Monday & Tuesday by appointment only, Thursday & Friday from 10am to 5.30pm and Saturday 10am until 2pm.

Saffron Introduces……….. new faces for 2011 from across London, the South East & little further afield. Ko-ax Photo at Mascalls Gallery
Don’t forget to go along to Mascalls Gallery at Mascalls School in Paddock Wood. Exhibition runs from 19th January – 19th February. This is the fourth open submission exhibition held at Mascalls but the first dedicated solely to photography. Not to be missed!

Susanna is exhibiting her photographs and new small etchings of Rye, and Nicola her new works. They will also be a demonstrating printing small etchings.
